APACS Standards
In what formats are the Standards available?
Standards can be purchased either as paper or electronic copies. Standards dispatched via e-mail are created in PDF format.
Purchase price
The purchase price of each Standard can be found on the List of APACS Standards.
To keep your Standards up-to-date, it is recommended that you join the Annual Renewal Subscription programme. Annual renewal is charged at 50% of the initial subscription price, (plus the overseas postal charge where appropriate) and starts one year after the postage date.
Standards that are not a full specification are issued FREE. Generally these Standards recognise and adopt Standards published elsewhere.
Postal charges
There is no postal charge if ordering from within the UK or for those sent by e-mail.
For each copy of each Standard ordered for delivery outside the UK the postal charge is:
- EUROPE £10
- AIR MAIL £20
The postal charge should be added to the cost of the Standard.
Payment details
Complete the Standards application form stating clearly which Standard(s) you would like to purchase and return it by post, fax or e-mail to APACS with the appropriate payment.
Standards will not be despatched until fees have been received.
Standards can be dispatched same-day if payment is made by credit or debit card. Otherwise dispatch is usually within is 3-4 days.

Standards order form
An order form, together with payment forms and instructions are available in the pdf file.
Forms should be sent to APACS by post, fax or e-mail accompanied by the full payment including postage where appropriate.
