How do I get an application form?

If you are based outside the UK, your application will be sponsored by your national standards body. You should contact them for a form and details of their fee.

For applicants based in the UK, or where the SC17 Secretariat is to act as the sponsoring authority, all the information you need to make an application is in our request form.

Once you have your form you should complete Section A of the form and send it to APACS with the required fee.
