Application procedure

• Complete Section A of the Application Form (ZIP: 129k).
• If you already have a Registered Identifier then please attach a "Letter of Justification" to the application form explaining why you need an additional RID.
• Send the completed form with full payment along with your Letter of Justification (if required) to your sponsoring acquirer.
• The sponsoring acquirer will complete Section B of the form and forward it to APACS for assignment of a Registered Identifier.
• Section C will be completed by the Registration Authority.
• Upon assignment of the RID, the completed form will be returned to the applicant.
