The Banking Code

The 2004 review of the personal and business banking codes was dominated by a focus on APACS issues such as the clearing cycle and transparency of credit cards. As co-sponsor of the Codes (together with the British Bankers' Association and The Building Societies Association), APACS took an ever-increasing role in defining and improving standards of good practice for banks and building societies.
